If you have lost something on a bus service, let us know by submitting an enquiry below or call us on (02) 4631 4200.

Our drivers check the bus for lost property items at the end of their shift and return it to our Smeaton Grange depot.

All lost property is logged in our lost property register. To log a missing item, please complete the below form:

Collecting lost property

If your item has been handed into our office, we will contact you to arrange for collection from our Smeaton Grange depot. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. Please confirm with us that we have your property prior to arrival.

When collecting your lost property, you must show proof of identity, or advise us who is collecting your item on your behalf.

Disposal of lost property

All lost property is stored for a period of three months only. After that time, if the owner cannot be identified, the item will be destroyed or donated to charity.
